El Nido is a collective of Artists founded by Huey Poeta. Starting as Youngins, then transitioning to Mundo Brown, El Nido is an offspring of both groups. However, with the change of name, a unique style of music and art philosophy is formed.
El Nido's focus is to reimagine the future way of listening to and interacting with music. With the musicians focusing on the sentiment rather than the overall melody of the music, it is a revolutionary approach to contemporary hip-hop. Hence, El Nido is an intellectual haven for artists who need an outlet to self-express themselves without any barriers because here in El Nido, we believe that art is a reflection of a human's mind. The purpose of this collection is to represent what southern society should be like in our opinion. In this way, we are creating our reality rather than letting external factors dictate it for us.
